Mind Control Hard opt out for anything actually mind-control-ish. It is possible we could do something with memory retrieval, tho, since Bucky has so few of them.
Psychic Have at. Bucky has weird thought-processes though.

Wings Opt in.
Vessel Opt in. IF there winds up being a level of trust that would make it possible. Bucky's not super possessive about his own body and would be willing to share with people who he actually trusts.
Religious Content Opt in. Raksura do not have religion so this will always be interesting to talk about.

Clairsentience Opt in. This happened in Stone's canon once. This means that Castiel will see both the groundling form AND the big-ass winged form at the same time, as two images overlaying each other. It's actually hard to tell which one is the one he's wearing at any given time until touching him (or hearing him talk).
