I think it's difficult for anyone to grow much over 20 years if they don't have the stimulus, and being trapped somewhere like here as a 17 year old... I think she's still a kid. A kid that's had a rough time of it and probably had to make some awful decisions. It's difficult to say at this point how much of a say she really has.
I don't think she's malicious, if that's what you're asking.
As for here. It's a pocket dimension, right? That's about the long and short of it. Contrary to semi-popular opinion, I DON'T think the way out's going to be on a boat. I don't even think the boat serves as much more than decoration and a convenient vessel.
The boat is unlikely to be more than a focal point of entry. If you wish to take subjects from their designated point in their designated universe, you could take care to seamlessly integrate them into the point of destination on a metaphysical level to varying degrees, or you could merely find a specific point to push them through. The former requires a lot of ower and attetion to detail. The latter is much more time and energy efficient.
[ Castiel, it seems, agrees with Peter. ]
You've had experience with the existence of other dimensions, pocket or otherwise?
I assure you, unlike many of my kind I value humanity greatly. For all your flaws, you've brought countless wonders to the world. My kind was meant to be divine perfection, and I've found us lacking in comparison.
We're not your neighbors. However, I will concede that I believe we were supposed to love you more than we ended up doing. The Apocalypse was never the answer. The Host has grown fanatic and resentful in Father's absence.
[ Of perhaps, blasphemous as it may be to think... perhaps He'd always intended for them to be that way.
Castiel yet refuses to believe it. He believes they were meant to be guardians and shepherds, not jailors and executioners. ]

[ He doesn't say 'for a human'.
He only thinks it. ]

...And I know a few people who've had less than theoretical experiences.
Beyond that? Not really. I've barely left New York.

Well done.

In spite of our efforts, maybe.

It's a fascinating quirk of how your minds work.

Which means as far as backhanded compliments go: that doesn't even hit top five.

You took a guy as a vessel.

What is your understanding of 'neighbor'?

We were talking about my vessel. Is this still about the positions of Heaven, Hell and Earth within the cosmos relative to one another?

Sugar and TP are usually the top two, but bodies probably deserves an honorary mention.

[ Yeah it's entirely possible that Peter has somewhat lost him. ]
